Job Description

Preferred skills and qualifications

18 years of experience in technology leadership roles, minimum 8 - 10 years in Fintech / Payments domain.
Strong experience in Microservices architecture, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, DevOps, API frameworks, distributed systems.
Expertise in UPI, IMPS, AEPS, BBPS, Cards (Issuer/Acquirer), Payment Gateway, Switching, Reconciliation & Settlement systems.
Proven track record in scaling high-volume transaction systems (e.g., 1M+/day).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors / Masters degree in engineering / technology.
Strong understanding of the payment industry's operational processes, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
