Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 5 plus years of strong expertise in React.js / TypeScript frontend development and .NET / ASP.NET Core backend technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise web applications, with exposure to distributed systems, API integrations, and event-driven processing. Experience in healthcare workflows, document-heavy applications, or compliance-sensitive platforms will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Material UI
- Build reusable UI components and improve frontend maintainability and performance
- Work with frontend state management using Redux Toolkit and asynchronous flows using Redux Saga
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using .NET / ASP.NET Core / C#
- Build and support backend workflows using Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, and related Azure services
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend workflow services
- Work on microservices-based and event-driven application architecture
- Support healthcare workflows, external integrations, document processing, and secure data handling
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, deployment, and production issue support
- Collaborate with product, QA, UI/UX, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Required Skills
Frontend
- Strong experience in React.js
- Strong experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with Redux Toolkit and state management patterns
- Experience with Redux Saga or similar async side-effect handling
- Experience with React Router
- Experience with responsive UI development
- Experience with Material UI or similar component libraries
Backend
- Strong experience in .NET, ASP.NET Core, and C#
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with event-driven systems
- Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Additional / Preferred
- Experience with SignalR or real-time event-driven UI updates
- Familiarity with Azure-hosted enterprise applications
- Exposure to healthcare integrations, OCR/document workflows, or AI-assisted processing
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong debugging, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with React native
