Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead Level1/Server Admin/DBA to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and leadership, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members on various technologies and systems.
Develop and implement best practices for database administration, ensuring high performance and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a secure and reliable environment.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Experience with database administration, including designing and implementing databases, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
