Job Description

TCS is hiring Salesforce Developers with strong handson experience in Salesforce platform development. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Salesforce applications while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Skills Required

Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Lightning Experience configuration and customization

Salesforce Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules

SOQL / SOSL

REST / SOAP API integrations

Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)

Deployment using Change Sets and CI/CD tools

Salesforce testing framework and best practices

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications

Implement business requirements using Apex, LWC, and declarative features

Build and maintain integrations with external systems

Develop custom objects, triggers, automation, and security models

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Support UAT, deployments, and golive activities

Collaborate with Business, QA, and Architecture teams

Provide production support, enhancements, and defect resolution

Maintain technical documentation and development standards
