Sailpoint IIQ (of any other IAM platform)

Job Description

Direct Responsibilities

Manually perform reconciliation of access rights between target application(s) and access record in Identity Access Management tool (MyIAM) to identify and mitigate discrepancies such as the following Missing accounts in MyIAM
Missing accounts in the target system
Permission mismatches (different entitlement values)
Unknown or orphaned permissions
Map entitlements between MyIAM & target system, maintaining uptodate crossreference table
Generate and submit add / remove requests in MyIAM for all validated discrepancies.
Track remediation progress until full closure of the tickets raised.
Produce on-demand/periodic reconciliation reports to management, auditors, etc.
Participate in periodic reviews of the entitlementmapping catalogue and propose improvements.
Escalate to regional IAM teams on timely manner any blocker or issues that need attention

Technical Skills:

Sailpoint IIQ (of any other IAM platform)
Service Now
Power BI
MS Excel
Python (added advantage)
