Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Software Application Support specialist at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3A experience in software application support and be able to provide top-notch technical expertise.

Roles and Responsibility

Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on new software applications.
Analyze and report on software performance metrics to improve efficiency.
Participate in the development of new software features and functionalities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with industry-standard software development tools and technologies.
