We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our global HR team. This individual will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and executing compensation and benefits programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of both local and international compensation practices.
What Youll Do
Compensation
Support the design, review, and administration of compensation and benefit programs.
Provide Cost per Head (CPH) analytics - maintain budgeted CPH numbers, manage quarterly projections, and perform variance analysis.
Lead annual compensation review processes including budgeting, pay structure updates, salary revision cycles, and promotion planning.
Partner with Finance on accruals, forecasting, and reporting of compensation spend.
Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitive pay positioning.
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain advanced Excel models for compensation planning, CPH tracking, and reporting.
Generate periodic reports and dashboards for leadership on salary costs, headcount, benefits utilization, and market trends.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compensation and benefits programs are compliant with local laws and regulations in each country.
Document and update policies, processes, and governance standards.
Support audits and internal reviews related to payroll, benefits, or compensation practices.
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, and Leadership teams on compensation planning and decisions.
Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on compensation and benefits matters.
Provide guidance and education to managers and HR colleagues on C&B frameworks.
What Youll Need
Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices across US and Europe.
6-8 years of relevant work experience in compensation management role.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
Good understanding of benefits programs and willingness to build deeper expertise across multiple geographies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a global or multi-country HR setup.
Familiarity with compensation surveys, benchmarking methodologies, and vendor management.
Exposure to HR systems or compensation tools.
