Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Application Support Engineer with 0 to less than 2 years of relevant experience to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software applications and operating systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
