Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Networking Support professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1A level skills in networking support.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to the network team.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
Develop and implement network security measures to protect against threats.
Monitor network performance and optimize it for better efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with network management tools such as SNMP and NetFlow.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with network protocols such as Ethernet and Wi-Fi.
