Senior Software Developer Core .NET Technologies

Experience: 810 Years
Location: Pune / Chennai / Bangalore / Kochi / Kolkata

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in Core .NET technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable, highperformance enterprise applications. The role requires technical leadership, code quality ownership, and close collaboration with crossfunctional teams in a BFSI / enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
• Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decisionmaking
• Optimise application performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct rootcause analysis
• Work closely with business analysts, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards, especially for BFSI systems

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• C#, ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework
• Web API / REST services, JSON
• Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ
• MS SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns
• Git / Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
• Unit testing frameworks (xUnit / NUnit / MSTest)

Desired / Good to Have

• Microservices architecture
• Cloud exposure ( AWS)
• Messaging systems (RabbitMQ / Kafka / Azure Service Bus)
• Security concepts: OAuth2, JWT, authentication & authorisation
• Experience in BFSI / financial systems

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and lead technically
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
