Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Software Support professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot system software issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates of system software.
Analyze and report on system software usage and performance metrics.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in system software support.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
