We have an immediate requirement for Eng Business Intelligence Shopify Specialist - UNISYS Hybrid Model
Job Profile: Eng Business Intelligence Shopify Specialist
Work location: Bangalore, Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)

Job Summary: Analyzes business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts and both strategic and tactical recommendations plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with supported functions and teams to understand business priorities and KPIs.
Applies accepted metrics, methods and tools to analyze appropriate datasets.
Contributes to the development and delivery of business intelligence work-streams, including:
o Revenue and marketplace analytics for designated product / process areas, and
o Data synthesis and report generation.
Produces financial and market information by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports.
Works on standard, recurring and ad-hoc projects and analyses.
Assists in efforts to develop and enhance data pipelines, workflows and queries based on large data sets.
Applies developed methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.
- Technical Skills & Qualifications for Shopify Specialist:
- Proven experience architecting and managing Shopify environments, specifically for B2B or enterprise-level business models.
- Deep proficiency in Shopify Admin APIs (REST and GraphQL).
- Advanced knowledge of Liquid, JavaScript (Node.js), and Python for building custom private apps and automation scripts.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party payment providers and managing settlement flows.
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Quick learner and excellent aptitude and problem-solving skill
- Skills Desired:
- Good understanding on Agile Methodologies
- Knowledge in ITIL framework for handling support activities
- Good understanding on DevOps practices.
- Good understanding on version control tool Clear Case/Git is desired
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate or Engineering Postgraduate in Computer Science / Information Science / AI discipline.
- Experience working with Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, or similar ETL tools to sync data between Shopify and external ERPs (like ServiceNow or a Master DB).
- Familiarity with PCI DSS standards, OAuth authentication, and managing API credentials via secure vaults (e.g., Azure Key Vault).
- Proficiency in using GenAI tools for presales and documentation
