Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Networking Support L2 professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
Configure, manage, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related problems.
Develop and implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Conduct regular network audits and performance tests to ensure optimal network health.
Train and guide junior team members on networking best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of networking protocols and architectures.
