Job Description
About Position:
The developer will work across a broad set of Salesforce capabilitiesincluding Sales Cloud, automation, integrations, and analyticsto support ongoing business demand. This role is critical in enabling internal team capacity to focus on strategic initiatives by ensuring day-to-day development and enhancement work continues to move forward efficiently.

What You'll Do:
- Execute against a prioritized backlog of Salesforce enhancements, configuration changes, and technical improvements
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and implement exception handling
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
- Create and enhance Visualforce/Lightning pages as needed
- Customize Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, and other declarative features
- Implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization
- Work across Salesforce Classic and Lightning environments
- Assist Salesforce Admin activities such as user setup, roles, permissions, and data management
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Mentor and guide team members when required
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 58 years of strong Salesforce development experience
- Hands-on expertise in Apex coding, exception handling, customization, and debugging
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning versions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Good understanding of Salesforce Admin features and configurations
- Ability to collaborate with clients and communicate technical solutions
- Mentoring experience or capability to guide team members
