What You'll Do:
- As a Salesforce Functional Consultant in the Life Sciences industry, you will work with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations to transform their commercial operations and customer engagement strategies using Salesforce.
- You will support clients in optimizing sales, marketing, medical affairs, and patient engagement processes, leveraging Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related industry solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Functional teams to design and deliver solutions that address regulatory compliance.
- Data privacy, and unique industry requirements such as HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, and patient support programs.
