We are looking for a high-impact HR Manager to drive key strategic and operational HR initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on HR transformation, system implementation, process excellence, and compliance, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance overall HR effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of HR domain expertise, project management capability, and system/process orientation, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Transformation & Initiatives:
- Lead and drive end-to-end execution of key HR initiatives across functions (TA, HR Ops, Performance, Compliance, etc)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across HR workflows
- Manage timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery milestones for all HR initiatives
- Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership
HR Systems & Technology (HRIS):
- Drive implementation, optimization, and governance of HR systems (Darwinbox or equivalent)
- Partner with internal teams to enhance system utilization, reporting capabilities, and data accuracy
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and new module rollouts
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR platforms
Process Excellence & Compliance:
- Establish and standardize HR processes aligned with internal policies and audit requirements
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit guidelines across HR operations
- Work closely with HR Ops and TA teams to streamline documentation and reporting frameworks
Reporting & Analytics:
- Build and manage HR dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership review
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement
- Support audit and compliance reporting with accurate and timely data
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Business teams to drive alignment
- Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional HR initiatives
- Ensure clear communication and change management during rollouts
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, HR transformation, or similar roles
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms (Darwinbox preferred)
- Exposure to process improvement, automation, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
