About Position:


We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Engineer to design, develop, and integrate field service solutions with GenAI-powered agent systems.

What You'll Do:


  • You will play a key role in extending and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Field Service modules) and integrating it with AI capabilities powered by Azure OpenAI Service within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • This role is critical in bridging enterprise field service workflows with intelligent automation and AI-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Dynamics 365 Development & Customization Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Field Service modules. Configure entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards.
  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using .NET and Power Platform tools. Field Service Solution Implementation Implement and enhance field service capabilities such as work order management, scheduling, asset tracking, and service operations. Optimize workflows for technicians, dispatchers, and service managers. GenAI & Integration Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure OpenAI Service to enable AI-driven use cases (e.g., automated summaries, recommendations, copilots).
  • Develop APIs and connectors to integrate with backend AI services and agent orchestration layers. Enable real-time data exchange between field service systems and AI applications.
  • Power Platform & Automation Build apps, workflows, and automation using Power Apps and Power Automate. Leverage Dataverse for structured data management and integration.
  • Testing & Deployment Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities. Manage deployments across environments and ensure solution stability.
  • Key Use Cases (Field Service Focus) AI-powered work order summaries and recommendations Intelligent scheduling and dispatch optimization Technician copilots integrated into Dynamics interface Knowledge retrieval from service history and manuals Automation of service workflows and ticket handling

Expertise You'll Bring:


  • 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service or Customer Service modules.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with integrations using REST APIs and Azure services. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Key Competencies Dynamics 365 customization and configuration Field service domain knowledge API integration and system interoperability
  • Problem-solving and debugging Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Nice to Have Experience integrating with Azure OpenAI Service or other AI platforms Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps Familiarity with field service operations and IoT integrations
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
