Senior Architect
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture across applications, data, and model layers, ensuring solutions align with business goals, technology standards, and future growth needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive overall solution and enterprise architecture for business-critical platforms.
- Design architectures that include application, data, and model layers.
- Create scalable and reusable architectural patterns for systems handling large volumes of data and analytics/model-driven capabilities.
- Work closely with business, product, engineering, data, and platform teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
- Ensure integration across systems, data platforms, APIs, and model-serving components.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance processes.
- Review solution designs and provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Drive non-functional requirements including scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve architecture and delivery.
- Support modernization and transformation initiatives, including cloud-native and data-driven architectures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software/solution/enterprise architecture.
- Strong experience designing end-to-end architectures for complex enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience in architecture involving data layers such as data pipelines, storage, governance, and integration.
- Experience designing model layers, including architecture that support analytics, machine learning, or decisioning models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
- Experience with architecture documentation, design reviews, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms, model deployment, or MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with data architecture concepts such as data lakes, warehouses, metadata, and lineage.
- Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments.
