Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Design normalized (3NF) and dimensional data models
• Work closely with business and domain experts to understand:
• Investment lifecycle
• Financial products, trades, accounts
• Positions, orders, NAV, holdings, and transactions
• Develop and implement data models on GCP (Google Cloud Platform), especially BigQuery
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, lineage, and entity relationships
• Collaborate with engineering teams for schema design and implementation
• Ensure data models are scalable, high-performing, and compliant with governance standards

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with GCP data services, especially BigQuery
• Strong expertise in data modeling techniques:
• 3NF (Third Normal Form)
• Dimensional Modeling
• Data Vault
• Solid understanding of Investment / Asset / Wealth Management domain
• Experience with data modeling tools such as:
• ERWin
• ER/Studio
• SQL Developer Data Modeler
• Strong SQL skills
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management
