Job Description
- ManekTech is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support HR operations
- Responsibilities: Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding; maintain employee records and HR databases; support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management; handle employee queries; assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes; coordinate training, learning development programs; plan and execute employee engagement activities; ensure compliance with labor laws; prepare HR reports
- Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; minimum 2 years of HR experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance; ability to use HR digital tools and HRIS systems; problem-solving skills with attention to detail
