Job Description

Role & responsibilities


-Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Workshop Acquisition: Identifying and onboarding new multi-brand workshops into the network across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad.
  • Lead Conversion: Monitoring the "Service Booking" funnel to ensure inquiries from the app/website are converted into actual workshop visits.
  • Upselling Strategy: Training workshop managers to identify additional repair needs (beyond basic service) to increase the Average Order Value (AOV).

-Operations and Quality Control:

  • SOP Implementation: Ensuring every partner workshop follows standard operating proceduresfrom the "car health report" to the final car wash.
  • TAT (Turnaround Time) Monitoring: Tracking how fast a car is serviced and delivered back to the customer to maintain high efficiency.
  • Technical Training: Organizing sessions for mechanics on new car models, scanners, and diagnostic tools to keep the skill level high

-Customer Experience & Retention:

  • CSAT & NPS: Monitoring Customer Satisfaction scores and Net Promoter Scores for the NCR cluster. You are responsible for resolving escalations when a customer is unhappy with a repair.
  • Service Transparency: Ensuring workshops provide digitised "Service Logs" and photos/videos of parts being changed to build trust with the customer.
  • Post-Service Follow-ups: Managing the feedback loop to ensure customers return for their next scheduled maintenance.

- Region Management & Strategy:

  • P&L Responsibility: Managing the Profit and Loss statement for your specific territory (e.g., South Delhi or Gurgaon cluster).
  • Competitor Mapping: Keeping an eye on local independent garages and authorized service centers (Maruti, Hyundai, etc.) to ensure pricing stays competitive.
  • Manpower Planning: Ensuring workshops are adequately staffed with trained advisors and technicians to handle peak weekend loads.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Automobile experience preferred
  • Team Management experience
