Job Description
Evaluators -
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in automobile inspection and
evaluation within the passenger vehicle segment. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
1. Work Experience -
Candidate must have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Technician or Mechanic in the automobile industry.
Experience should be specifically related to passenger vehicles (car trade).
2. Educational Qualification -
Minimum qualification required: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
3. Role Restrictions -
Candidates with Service Advisor experience will not be considered.
Candidates with commercial vehicle experience (trucks, buses, heavy vehicles) will not be eligible.
4. Industry Restrictions -
Candidates currently working or previously employed with competitor or rival companies will not be considered. This includes (but is not limited to): Cars24
5. Preferred Industry Experience -
Candidates with experience in OEM-certified or authorized used car businesses will be preferred. Examples include:
Mahindra First Choice
Maruti True Value
6. Excluded Experience -
Candidates with plant-based or manufacturing experience only (assembly line,
factory production, etc.) will not be considered.
7. Language Requirement -
Candidate should have the ability to read and understand basic English for job-related communication and documentation. 8. Driving Requirement -
A valid driving license is mandatory.
Candidate must possess practical driving skills to handle and assess vehicles.
9. Job Nature -
This is a field-based role.
The candidate will be required to visit customer locations to perform vehicle
inspection and evaluation.
