Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced FSM R2R Records to Report to join our dynamic team.
Role: FSM Platinum Consultant
Work Location: Pan India
Work Mode: Remote
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: 10-15 Years
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Field Service Management (FSM) platforms such as Salesforce Field Service / ServiceNow FSM / Oracle Field Service
- Scheduling & Dispatch Optimization
- Work Order Management
- Mobile Workforce Enablement
- End-to-End FSM Implementation Experience
- REST / SOAP API Integration
- Middleware Tools (MuleSoft / Dell Boomi or similar)
- Cloud Platforms & Architecture Understanding
- AI-driven Scheduling & Optimization
- Predictive Maintenance Concepts
- IoT Integration with FSM
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Client Handling
- Solution Design & Architecture Experience
- Team Handling / Leadership Experience
Preferred Skills:
- FSM Platform Certifications (Advanced / Platinum level)
- Experience with AI/ML in Service Operations
- Exposure to Telecom / Utilities / Manufacturing / Healthcare domains
- Agile / Scrum Methodology
- Experience in Large-Scale Digital Transformation Projects
- Knowledge of Advanced Analytics & Reporting in FSM
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of FSM solutions (design, configuration, deployment, and support)
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable FSM solutions
- Architect complex FSM workflows including scheduling, dispatch, and service lifecycle management
- Implement advanced FSM capabilities such as AI-driven scheduling, predictive maintenance, and IoT integrations
- Integrate FSM platforms with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and stakeholder presentations
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and quality standards
- Mentor junior consultants and lead project teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
