Senior Cloud Ops Engineer @ Fractal Analytics

Job Description

Role Brief:

Design / troubleshoot Cloud infra environments across technologies (OS, databases, virtual networks), design and setup of scripting and automations. Act as L2/L3 support for Cloud setup including network, storage, security or automation incidents /requests

Must Have Skills:

• Cloud Infrastructure Operations experience

• Administrator/Developer Certification on any of the public Clouds

• Proficient in Python, SQL

• Excellent Linux experience.

• Experience with private, hybrid or public cloud technology

• Possess Strong Cloud Implementation Experience in Cloud architecture/design, compute/storage services

• Experience in deploying & developing over IaaS / PaaS services (Data pipelines, DB, app services, storage and compute, serverless)

• Ability to work with and present to customers, with strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and teaming skills - ability to implement process and influence engineers who are not direct reports

Good to have skills:

• AWS / GCP / Azure automated deployments / scripting

• Experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible, Jenkins)

Years of Experience:

• 4-6 years of total experience

• 3-4 years of experience as cloud engineer

Education Qualification:

• Sc , BE , Graduate

• Cloud Operations certificate is preferred
