Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to handle Personal Loan & Overdraft (OD) sales along with managing a small team. The role involves driving business, supporting the team, and ensuring target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and guide a team of sales executives
Drive sales for Personal Loan & Overdraft (OD) products
Generate leads through open market, references, and calls
Ensure team target achievement (daily & monthly)
Assist team in customer handling and deal closures
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth processing
Maintain basic MIS and track team performance

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
12 years of experience in Personal Loan / OD / Unsecured Loan sales
Basic team handling or leadership skills
Good communication and convincing ability
Target-oriented and energetic

Preferred:
Experience in Personal Loan & OD sales
Existing market or DSA connections
