Detailed JD Lead SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant
Location: PAN India Hybrid / Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Role Overview-
The Lead SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant is responsible for leading end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) solutions while aligning business performance strategies with scalable HR technology solutions. The role requires strong expertise in performance management processes, stakeholder engagement, solution design, system configuration, and delivery leadership across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations from requirement gathering to go-live and post-production support.
- Conduct workshops with HR and business stakeholders to understand performance management objectives and translate them into system solutions.
- Configure and manage Goal Plans, Goal Cascading, Team Goals, and Performance Forms.
- Design and maintain Route Maps, workflows, rating scales, and performance evaluation processes.
- Configure and manage Calibration Sessions and rating strategies aligned with organizational performance frameworks.
- Implement Continuous Performance Management and 360 / Multi-Rater Feedback processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with Employee Central, Compensation, and related modules.
- Provide solution recommendations and best practices for improving performance management processes.
- Review team deliverables, guide consultants, and ensure high-quality project execution.
- Participate in solutioning, estimations, and pre-sales discussions when required.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
- Ensure system compliance, process governance, and documentation standards are maintained.
Required Skills-
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management).
- Expertise in Goal Plans, Goal Cascading, and Team Goal configuration.
- Experience in Performance Form Template Design and Route Map configuration.
- Strong understanding of Calibration Sessions and Rating Methodologies.
- Experience implementing 360 / Multi-Rater Feedback solutions.
- Knowledge of integrations with Employee Central and Compensation modules.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system design solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience leading teams and reviewing implementation deliverables.
- Good understanding of HR performance management processes and best practices.
Preferred Experience-
- 1015 years of overall IT / HR Technology experience with strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Minimum 45 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations.
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification is mandatory.
- Experience in Employee Central or Compensation modules is preferred.
- Exposure to Succession Planning and Development modules is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of integrations and data migration concepts.
- Experience working in client-facing consulting environments across multiple industries.
