Job Description
We are looking for an experienced JDE Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting processes and JD Edwards Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Work extensively on JDE Finance modules including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger/General Accounting (GL)
- Manufacturing Accounting
- Fixed Assets
- Contract Billing
- Understand business requirements and provide functional solutions in JD Edwards.
- Demonstrate product capability and conduct POC sessions for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with client stakeholders, onsite teams, and offshore teams.
- Drive discussions, requirement gathering, solution design, and closure of functional issues.
- Handle implementation, rollout, and upgrade activities in JD Edwards 9.1 or above.
- Perform Data Migration, Integration, Validation, Configuration, and User Training activities.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities and ensure successful project delivery.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong functional knowledge in Finance & Accounting.
- Hands-on expertise in AP, AR, and GL modules is mandatory.
- Well versed with JDE Finance and Contract Billing modules.
- Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations / rollouts / upgrades in JD Edwards 9.1 or above.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage functional consulting activities and drive issues to closure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in end-user training and documentation.
- Exposure to integration and validation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
