Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday Talent and Performance modules, including:
• Performance Reviews
• Goals & OKRs
• Talent Assessments
• Succession Planning
• Career Development & Talent Profiles
• Manage business processes (BPs), rules, condition logic, notifications, and security.
• Support annual performance cycles, calibration processes, and goal alignment.

Business Partnership

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Provide functional guidance on best practices for performance and talent management using Workday.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
