Job Description

Location- Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi NCR

Field Sales (Primary Responsibility)

Identify and meet property owners, builders, and real estate agents in assigned territories
Onboard new properties/listings onto the Properties.market platform
Pitch platform benefits, pricing plans, and value propositions
Negotiate and close sales deals / subscription packages
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct site visits and verify property details

Marketing (Secondary Responsibility)

Execute on-ground marketing activities (canopy campaigns, flyers, events, broker meets)
Promote brand visibility in key localities
Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Collect market intelligence (pricing trends, competitor activities)
Support promotional campaigns and launches

Key Requirements

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 0 to 4 years (Real Estate / Field Sales / Direct Sales preferred)
Strong local area knowledge and networking ability
Good communication & negotiation skills
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
