Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, sellers, and agents. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, presenting relevant property options, and converting leads into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and agents.
• Handle inbound leads from website/app campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements (budget, location, property type).
• Suggest relevant property listings from our platform.
• Generate and qualify high-quality leads.
• Schedule site visits or connect leads to field sales teams.
• Perform regular follow-ups to improve conversions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (call logs, lead status, remarks).
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & calling targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
