We are Hiring For SAP CPI Role for Mumbai and Pune Location.

EX- 6 to 10 Years

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Technical Manage end-to-end CPI integration support for SAP ICH landscape. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve CPI iFlow issues, ensuring SLA compliance. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Implement enhancements, change requests, and performance optimizations. Maintain security artifacts (OAuth2, SSL, PGP) and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with SAP Deployment, functional teams, and external vendors for incident resolution. Management Lead a team of 12 CPI specialists for AMS support. Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to ITIL processes. Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly status reviews, and stakeholder reporting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing. Mentor team members on CPI best practices and SAP BTP capabilities. Team leadership experience in AMS or support projects. SLA management, incident prioritization, and escalation handling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. KPIs Incident Resolution Time.
