About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Associate with experience in the staffing or recruitment industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships with corporate customers for staffing and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT/Non-IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and business reports.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in business development/sales within staffing, recruitment, or HR services companies.
- Strong understanding of permanent staffing, contract staffing, or recruitment services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
- Experience working with corporate clients across IT or Non-IT sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Existing client network in staffing/recruitment industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in domestic or international staffing markets preferred.
