Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities

• 5 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or related systems
• Assist in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements for enhancements and new features
• Configure Agiloft modules, workflows, user roles, and permissions
• Support contract lifecycle processes including contract requests, authoring, approvals, execution, and renewals
• Create and maintain user documentation and assist with end-user training
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support release activities
• Provide operational support for the Agiloft CLM platform, including issue triage and resolution

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, and tables in Agiloft
• Build and support automated workflows and approval processes
• Assist in integrating Agiloft with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, eSignature tools)
• Support integrations using tools such as Workato or similar platforms
• Configure system notifications, reports, and dashboards
• Write and maintain basic to intermediate scripts using JavaScript or Groovy
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Support data-related activities such as data imports, validation, and environment refreshes

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Agiloft CLM configuration and support
• Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation concepts
• Understanding of contract lifecycle processes and business workflows
• Agiloft CLM certification (Administrator or Developer) is a plus
