We are seeking a motivated Systems Software Engineer to join our Compiler Toolchain team and drive the quality of our software stack, including coverage, SBOM Generation, ASAN analysis, and tooling development. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to bridge infrastructure with developer workflows in a fast-moving environment.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 2-4 years of experience

Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong background in Linux systems, distributed systems, and infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Make based build systems and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Bash.
- Knowledge of cloud and on-premises environments: Kubernetes, Docker, VM infrastructure.
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset: capable of debugging across the stack (infrastructure, build systems, workloads).
Additional Qualifications:
- Prior experience with coverage frameworks (lcov, gcov, ASAN ) and delivering quality metrics in compliance-heavy environments.
- Hands-on experience with static analysis tooling such as Coverity and BlackDuck, and embedding it into developer workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling (LLMs, code assistants, automation bots) for accelerating infrastructure and developer workflows.
