We are looking for AI Researcher (STEM PhD) for PAN India.
Job Role : AI Researcher
Location : PAN India
Mandatory :
- PhD in a STEM discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, or related field
- Strong subject-matter expertise with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to create high-quality, logically structured problems and detailed solutions
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to contribute a minimum of 1520 hours per week
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet project timelines
Job Description:
We are seeking highly analytical STEM PhDs to contribute to an advanced frontier AI initiative supporting next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs). This role focuses on designing challenging domain-specific problems and developing rigorous, high-quality solutions that improve AI reasoning capabilities across scientific and technical disciplines.
This is not a traditional annotation or data labeling role. You will apply deep subject-matter expertise to help shape the future of AI model reasoning and scientific understanding.
You will collaborate within a distributed, research-oriented environment contributing to projects associated with leading global AI research programs.
Key Responsibilities
Problem & Solution Generation
- Design complex, high-quality domain-specific problems within your area of expertise
- Produce accurate, logically structured, and fully reasoned solutions
- Create content that evaluates advanced reasoning, analytical thinking, and scientific understanding in AI systems
- Develop diverse problem sets ranging from foundational concepts to research-level challenges
AI Training & Evaluation Support
- Contribute expert-generated data used in frontier LLM training and evaluation pipelines
- Assess reasoning quality, factual consistency, and methodological rigor in generated outputs
- Help identify ambiguity, reasoning gaps, and edge cases relevant to AI model behavior.
Quality & Research Standards
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Follow structured formatting and project guidelines consistently
- Work independently in a remote asynchronous environment while meeting delivery timelines
- Participate in calibration and feedback cycles to ensure high-quality outputs
Eligible Academic Backgrounds
We welcome applications from candidates with PhDs in:
