Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily communication with clients via emails and calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, development, marketing) to ensure timely project updates.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Maintain records and updates in CRM software.
- Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Conduct basic research on potential leads and market trends.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Willingness to work night shift (aligning with US/UK time zones).
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
