Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Process vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors while maintaining accurate records.
Verify purchase orders against invoices received from vendors, identifying discrepancies or errors.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth payment processes.
Maintain organized files and databases for easy retrieval of invoice information.

Job Requirements :

1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoice processing, or related field.
Strong understanding of purchase order creation, modification, and cancellation procedures.
Proficiency in verifying invoices against POs (Purchase Orders) for accuracy and completeness.
