Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in mortgage loans and home loans.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance by penetrating into open market: DSA aggregation and builder activation
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

5-15 years of experience in mortgage sales or home loan sales
Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in team handling and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of the housing finance industry, including mortgage products such as LAPs (Loan Against Property), HLs (Home Loans), etc.
