Job Description

• Design and develop AI/ML models for real-world business use cases

• Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning pipelines

• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Continuously improve model performance and scalability

• 3 6 years of experience in AI/ML development

• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI use cases

• Hands-on experience with model deployment and APIs

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI frameworks

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools

• Exposure to big data technologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
