Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by converting inbound and outbound leads for visa and ticketing services
Handle visa sales for major destinations including USA, Canada, Schengen, UK, and Australia
Manage domestic and international ticket bookings using GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo)
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail visa and ticketing sales
Strong sales acumen with proven upselling and closing skills
Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) and CRM tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
