Job Profile Summary
Applies ServiceNow HRSD platform capabilities and best practices to design, configure, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and user-centric HR service solutions. Works crossfunctionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand HR processes, employee experience requirements, and organizational goals. Translates business needs into effective ServiceNow HRSD configurations, workflows, and integrations. Leveraged agile delivery methods to continuously enhance employee self-service, automation, reporting, and compliance while driving business value and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Translate HR business requirements into clear, well-defined ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Service Portal capabilities.
Design, configure, and maintain HRSD workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data models aligned with HR processes.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure HRSD solutions align with enterprise architecture, data security, and compliance standards.
Configure and support integrations with HR systems (e.g., HCM/Payroll), identity systems, and third-party tools using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, APIs, and data sources.
Ensure quality, performance, usability, and security of HRSD applications through testing, validation, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Support agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor platform health, identify risks or deviations from plan, and proactively communicate scope changes or issues to the team and management.
Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge articles for ongoing support and scalability.
Key Qualifications
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) with 46 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow platform development or administration, with hands-on experience in HRSD; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes and employee experience design.
Experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules, workflows, and integrations.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
ServiceNow HRSD or CSA/CIS certification preferred.
