Oracle Golden Gate Engineer - Chennai, Mumbai & Delhi @ Inspirisys

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement high-availability and scalable GoldenGate architectures
• Handle complex troubleshooting (lag, performance, data mismatch, integrated extract issues)
• Perform advanced performance tuning and capacity planning
• Lead migrations, upgrades (e.g., 19c 23ai), and cross-platform replication
• Implement best practices for DR, zero-downtime migration, and real-time integration
• Work with Oracle Support / Development for critical SRs and bugs
• Mentor junior team members (IC3 level)

Skills Required:

• Deep expertise in Oracle GoldenGate (Classic & Integrated Extract/Replicat)
• Strong knowledge of internals: redo mining, checkpoints, trail files
• Experience with heterogeneous replication (Oracle non-Oracle)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for performance, lag, and data consistency issues
• Good understanding of RAC, Data Guard, and high-availability setups
