Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Design and implement lean six sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement culture within the organization.
Analyze data to measure performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements :

5-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in process excellence, process re-engineering, process improvement, process optimization, process mining.
Strong understanding of lean six sigma principles and certification preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions.
