Job Description
Job Opportunity: Senior BI Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Developer to design, build, and support scalable, cloudnative Business Intelligence solutions. This role focuses on delivering intelligent, interactive, and predictive analytics experiences using AIpowered BI tools and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
You will work closely with Data & Analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful insights and highperformance BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Optimize dashboards, data models, and SQL queries for performance and scalability
- Assess existing BI and cloud implementations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Define migration, transformation, and automation strategies for analytics platforms
- Develop implementation roadmaps for cloud and BI modernization initiatives
- Communicate technical concepts clearly through documentation and visual diagrams
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong handson experience in Business Intelligence development
- Proven expertise in TIBCO Spotfire (development, deployment, upgrade, and support)
- Experience working with largescale datasets and data warehousing concepts
- Handson experience with GCP services, including:
- BigQuery, Bigtable, Dataflow, Dataproc, Composer
- Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataprep, GKE
- Apache, Beam, Apache Airflow, KMS
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Go, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
What Could Set You Apart
- 7+ years of overall experience in Information Technology
- 6+ years of handson BI development experience
- 4+ years of handson experience with TIBCO Spotfire
- 2+ years of Java development experience, including Spring Boot
- Experience in code testing, debugging, and quality assurance
- Google Cloud certifications
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AWS
- Experience building or customizing AIdriven dashboards
- Familiarity with additional analytics tools such as:
- Looker, Tableau, Cloud Data Studio
