Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and develop physical designs for semiconductor devices using Cad tools such as Innovus, PNR, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Perform thorough analysis of design constraints, including timing, area, power consumption, and yield optimization.
Develop expertise in one or more process technologies (e.g., CMOS) to drive innovation in product development.

Job Requirements :

4-12 years of experience in Physical Design Engineering with a strong background in semiconductor industry.
Proficiency in Cad tools such as Innovus, PNR, etc. for designing complex digital circuits.
Strong understanding of physics-based modeling techniques for efficient circuit optimization.
