About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to drive human capital strategies aligned with business goals. In this role, you ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement playing a key part in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies
Provide guidance on employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, and talent development
Analyze HR data to generate actionable business insights
Drive initiatives around employee engagement, culture, and leadership development

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
