Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: The Lead Engineer will provide technical leadership in an Agile environment, guiding engineers and ensuring best practices through code reviews and quality standards. This role involves collaborating with product teams, business analysts, and other technical leads to deliver scalable solutions using Java, modern web technologies (Vue.js, TypeScript, SPA), and GraphQL, while managing cross-team dependencies. Additional responsibilities include supporting cloud deployments on Azure, driving TDD/BDD practices, and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management (APIM) and Event Grid
Build and maintain APIs, workflows and message-based integrations between enterprise applications
Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for integration solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical solutions
Ensure security, scalability and compliance best practices are followed
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Support incident resolution and root cause analysis for production issues
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience with Azure Integration Services
Azure Logic Apps
Azure Service Bus
Azure Functions
Azure API Management (APIM)
Event Grid / Event Hub
Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, JSON, XSLT
Good understanding of integration patterns and messaging concepts
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
Knowledge of ARM templates/Bicep/Terraform is an advantage
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
