Job Title: Automation Tester (Test Complete)
Position: Senior Test Engineer
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Category: Software Development/ Engineering

Main location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune
Employment Type: Full Time
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelors degree (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
4 years of QA/testing experience (for most roles)
Salesforce certifications (optional but valuable):
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
A Salesforce QA engineer validates CRM workflows, customizations, integrations, and user experiences within Salesforce. Youll work closely with developers, admins, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and Salesforce configurations
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform different types of testing:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Integration testing
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support
- Test Salesforce features like:
- Leads, Accounts, Opportunities
- Workflows, Process Builder, Flows
- Reports and dashboards
- Identify bugs and track them using tools like JIRA
- Validate integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware)
- Ensure data accuracy and security compliance
Must have Skills:
Required Skills
Salesforce Knowledge
- Understanding of:
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Salesforce objects and relationships
- Apex (basic knowledge helps)
- Lightning UI
Testing Skills
- Manual testing expertise
- Automation tools (nice to have):
- Selenium
- TestNG
- Postman (API testing)
Technical Skills
- Basic SQL (for data validation)
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes
