Job Description
You will act as the technical and strategic owner of Ensono s web presence, partnering closely with Marketing Operations, Brand, Content, IT, Security, Legal, and external agencies to deliver scalable, secure, and highly personalized digital experiences across the B2B buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Architecture
- Own the strategic vision and technical roadmap for Ensono s enterprise web platforms
- Evaluate, design, and implement modern CMS solutions (headless, hybrid, or traditional) that support scalability, performance, and innovation
- Establish architecture standards, development best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and security
- Design and maintain content models, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and personalization-ready architectures
Website Personalization & Orchestration
- Develop digital experience strategies aligned to ABM and B2B buying journeys
- Lead the design of personalization frameworks leveraging behavioral, firmographic, and intent data
- Partner with marketing leadership to deliver persona-based and industry-specific experiences that drive engagement and conversion
Technical CMS & Integration Management
- Oversee day-to-day performance, uptime, and security of the enterprise CMS platform
- Manage integrations across CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, CDPs, analytics, ABM platforms, and tag management systems
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure reliable tracking, attribution, and data flow across all digital touchpoints
SEO, Analytics & Optimization
- Embed technical SEO and GEO best practices across the platform, including Core Web Vitals, site architecture, schema markup and crawlability
- Build and maintain measurement frameworks and executive dashboards that track engagement, pipeline influence, and business impact
- Drive continuous improvement and tracking through A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization (GA4)
Strategy, Governance & Leadership
- Establish scalable content governance models, workflows, and approval processes
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, designers, content teams, agencies, and vendors
- Build strong partnerships with IT, security, legal, and compliance to ensure adherence to enterprise and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, accessibility)
Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Monitor emerging web, MarTech, and digital experience trends
- Evaluate and pilot AI-driven tools and capabilities that enhance personalization, productivity, and user experience
- Share thought leadership internally and externally to position Ensono as a digital experience leader

What You Will Need:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in web platform management and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success architecting and managing enterprise-scale web platforms in B2B technology or complex business environments
- Deep expertise with modern CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, Contentful, Sitecore, WordPress), including headless/composable architectures
- Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems including CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, analytics, and ABM platforms
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO and GEO, web analytics (GA4), conversion optimization, and experimentation methodologies
- Expert-level understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud-based infrastructure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Data-driven, customer-obsessed mindset with a balance of strategic vision and practical execution
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and complex B2B buying journeys
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for web platforms
- Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives at scale
