Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong AWS expertise to build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and manage cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as S3, SQS, Lambda, Glue, and Step Functions.
Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/MongoDB Atlas).
Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes (EKS/ECS).
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must Have Skills:

Over 5 years of experience in Java with AWS.
Strong knowledge of Springboot 
Proficient in SQL and have to nice NoSQL(MongoDB/MongoDB Atlas).
Hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, SQS, Lambda, Glue and Step Functions
Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS).
Experience with unit testing frameworks including JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Good To Have Skills:
Exposure to microservices architecture and API design (REST/GraphQL), with an understanding of scalability and performance optimization.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, CloudWatch, Prometheus) for system observability and reliability.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with team members and stakeholders.
Experience with the Agile framework.
